About BloodPanel

BloodPanel is a free guide to published private blood test listings. You can describe what you are looking for, explore options and follow links to independent providers. BloodPanel is not a clinic, laboratory or booking agent and does not carry out blood draws or process test results.

Guidance, not medical advice

The guide helps you navigate listings. Its replies may be automated and can contain mistakes. They are not a diagnosis, medical advice or a recommendation that a particular test is suitable for you. Ask your GP or another qualified clinician if you need help deciding which tests are appropriate.

The guide is not monitored as an urgent care service. Do not use it to seek emergency help or delay getting medical care.

Listings and availability

Listings are sourced examples from published provider information. They do not imply a partnership, endorsement or a complete view of the market. Prices, locations, test contents and booking arrangements may change, and appointments are not checked live.

Confirm the full price, venue, test contents and any referral or preparation requirements with the provider before booking. A match does not guarantee availability or that a provider can fulfil a specific request or create a custom panel.

Bookings and payments

You book and pay directly with your chosen provider on their website. BloodPanel does not take payment or confirm an appointment. The provider’s terms cover their services, including changes, cancellations, refunds and the delivery of results. Contact them directly about an appointment or a service they supply.

Your account and saved conversations

You can use the guide without an account. Where account features are enabled, sending a prepared sentence to our WhatsApp number and approving browser access lets you save and return to conversations. Only approve requests you started. Access depends on controlling your WhatsApp account; there is no email fallback. Sign out on shared devices.

Signed-in conversations save automatically unless you choose “New private chat”. You can delete saved chats from “My chats” or delete your account. Saved chats remain until deleted. Saving a conversation does not reserve an appointment or hold a price. Listings in earlier chats reflect the information shown at the time; confirm current details with the provider before booking.

Using the website fairly

Use the guide lawfully. Do not attempt to access someone else’s data, disrupt the service or send malicious content. Share only the information needed for your search, and do not submit another person’s private information without their permission.

Changes and your rights

Features and listings may change as the service develops. Changes to these terms will be reflected in the date above. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The operator’s legal name, business address and contact email are still being confirmed and will be added before public launch. These are draft terms for the preview service.
